Bright Home Finds – Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1Wholesale Trade Only

Bright Home Finds operates as a wholesale-only supplier. All products are sold exclusively to approved businesses for resale or commercial use. We do not sell directly to consumers.

Wholesale accounts require a valid business entity and, where applicable, a resale or sales tax certificate. Bright Home Finds reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate any wholesale account at its discretion.

2Account Registration & Approval

Wholesale customers must apply for an account through the Bright Home Finds registration process. Approval is required before access to wholesale pricing, products, or checkout is granted.

Approved accounts are registered to a specific business and are non-transferable. Sharing account access outside the registered business is not permitted.

3Account Use

Wholesale accounts are intended solely for purchasing products for resale or commercial use. Any misuse of the account or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination without notice.

4Pricing & Minimum Orders

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved accounts and is subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order Requirements:

• Minimum opening order: $500
• Minimum reorder: $200

5Orders & Checkout

Orders must be placed through Bright Home Finds’ wholesale ordering system. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified without approval.

Bright Home Finds reserves the right to cancel orders due to inventory availability, pricing errors, or policy violations.

6Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods include credit card at checkout and approved net terms.

Net terms, if granted, are offered at the discretion of Bright Home Finds and are assigned to the account. Net terms may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time based on payment history or account activity.

Orders placed under approved net terms must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule. Late payments may result in order holds, suspension of net terms, or account suspension.

7Shipping

All shipments are FOB origin unless otherwise stated. Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the buyer once the order leaves our facility. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping methods and carriers are selected at the discretion of Bright Home Finds. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

8Backorders

Items that are out of stock may be placed on backorder unless otherwise specified. Bright Home Finds reserves the right to cancel backorders that fall below minimum order values or exceed reasonable fulfillment timelines.

9Damages & Claims

All damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 10 days of receipt.

Freight damage claims must be filed with the carrier. Photo documentation may be required to process claims. Claims submitted after the reporting window may not be honored.

10Returns

Returns require prior written authorization. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

11Online Sales & Marketplaces

Selling Bright Home Finds products on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or similar platforms) requires prior written approval.

Unauthorized resale or misuse of product listings may result in account suspension or termination.

12Product Variations

Many products are handcrafted or made from natural materials. Variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

13Limitation of Liability

Bright Home Finds is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, resale, or handling of products.

14Changes to Terms

Bright Home Finds reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of a wholesale account constitutes acceptance of any changes.
