We reserve the right to:

- Correct pricing, typographical, or listing errors.
- Limit purchase quantities.
- Discontinue products without notice.
Product availability is not guaranteed until your order has shipped.
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may cancel the affected portion of your order and issue a full refund for that item.

5. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout.
We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payment information is securely processed through third-party payment processors. Bright Home Finds does not store complete credit card information.
Orders with declined or failed payments will not be processed.
6. Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on your shipping destination and applicable state and local laws.
7. Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Bright Home Finds is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
8. Returns & Refunds
Eligible retail purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must:
- be unused,
- be in its original packaging,
- include all original accessories,
- be free of damage caused after delivery.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise before issuing a refund.
Items returned in damaged, used, or incomplete condition may receive a partial refund or be denied.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by law:
- Clearance items
- Final Sale merchandise
- Seasonal closeout products
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized items
- Products marked as non-returnable
10. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Customers must notify Bright Home Finds within seven (7) days of delivery if an order arrives:
- damaged,
- defective,
- missing items,
- incorrect.
Claims should include:
- order number,
- photographs of the product,
- photographs of the shipping box,
- photographs of the shipping label.
Failure to report within this timeframe may limit available remedies.
11. Product Information
We strive to display accurate product descriptions, colors, dimensions, and photographs.
Actual colors may vary depending on monitor settings and lighting conditions.
Minor variations in handcrafted or natural-material products are normal and are not considered defects.
12. Intellectual Property
All content available through this website—including but not limited to:
- logos,
- trademarks,
- product photography,
- graphics,
- product descriptions,
- videos,
- website design,
- branding,
is the exclusive property of Bright Home Finds LLC or its licensors and is protected under United States intellectual property laws.
